At Rinova, our products are manufactured in our factory located in China. After production, inspection, and quality control, customer orders are shipped from our US warehouse.
To avoid any confusion, please note that our manufacturing location and shipping location are different:
- Products are produced in our China factory.
- Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our US warehouse.
- Returns are processed through our US warehouse.
This shipping arrangement allows us to provide customers with a smoother and more efficient shopping experience.
2. Shipping Availability
Rinova currently provides shipping services within the United States.
We ship to customers located in:
- All 50 U.S. states
- Washington, D.C. (District of Columbia)
Our US shipping coverage includes residential and commercial addresses across the United States.

3. Shipping Rates, Processing Time & Delivery Time
Rinova provides different shipping options based on order value.
The shipping fees, order processing times, and estimated delivery times are shown below:

Shipping Fee Rules
- Orders totaling $120 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
- Orders under $120 require a shipping fee of $6.88.
- Orders totaling $200 or more can choose expedited shipping for an additional shipping fee of $14.69.
Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to carrier schedules, weather conditions, holidays, peak seasons, and other factors beyond our control.
4. Order Processing Time
After payment confirmation, your order will enter our processing procedure.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
The processing procedure includes:

- Product preparation
- Quality inspection
- Packaging
- Shipment arrangement
Orders are processed during:
Monday – Friday
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
5. Delivery Time
Rinova provides delivery services:
Monday – Sunday
Once your order has been shipped, the carrier will deliver your package according to their delivery schedule.
After shipment, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package leaves our warehouse.
