Refund policy

At Rinova, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want every customer to enjoy a comfortable and confident shopping experience.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Rinova accepts returns and exchanges for eligible items according to the terms outlined in this policy.

Please carefully review the following return and refund guidelines before submitting a return request.


2. Return Eligibility

Rinova accepts returns and exchanges for items that meet the following conditions:

Eligible Items:

  • Brand-new, unused items with original condition maintained.
  • Items that have only been tried on for size or fit purposes.
  • Items with original tags, packaging, and accessories included (if applicable).
  • Items that have not been washed, altered, damaged, or worn beyond trying on.

For hygiene and product quality reasons, returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items may not be accepted for return:

  • Items that have been washed, cleaned, or altered.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or improper handling.
  • Items returned without original packaging or required accessories.
  • Items purchased as final sale or marked as non-returnable.
  • Returns sent without prior approval from Rinova customer service.

Rinova reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return requirements.


3. Return Request Period

Customers may request a return within:

30 days after receiving the order

To start a return, customers must contact Rinova customer service within the return period and provide:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or relevant information if requested

Once your return request is approved, Rinova will provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back before receiving approval.


4. Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Items must be unworn or only tried on.
  • Original tags and packaging should be included whenever possible.
  • Customers should use appropriate packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be delayed or rejected.

Please do not send returns directly to our China factory address unless specifically instructed.


6. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in the following situations:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size selected
  • Personal preference
  • Product no longer needed

Rinova Responsibility:

Rinova will review and assist with return solutions if:

  • The item received is incorrect.
  • The item arrives damaged.
  • There is a confirmed quality issue caused by our mistake.

Customers should contact us before returning any defective or incorrect item.


7. Exchange Policy

Rinova supports exchanges for eligible items.

Exchange requests must meet the same requirements as returns:

  • Item must be new or only tried on.
  • Item must remain in original condition.
  • Exchange request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

Customers should contact our customer service team before sending an exchange request.

Exchange availability depends on product inventory.


8. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, Rinova will send a confirmation email regarding the return status.

If the return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days after approval.
  • The actual time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error made by Rinova.


9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A wrong item
  • A defective product

Please contact Rinova customer service as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem

We will review the information and provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.
